I'm wondering if the purchase of these claims is the "strategic" issue that needed to be resolved that Mike referred to at the Terrace reception. I'm guessing there will be no more claims filed, as I would think CUU would have timed any negotiations on other claims to close on the same date, with the RRE being so close. Now bring on the REE and really get this baby humming!
