I agree. I just would like to see if there would be any competitive bids from Bigger Players put forth once they see the REE and especially the BFS. I think we have a very desirable prime world mining asset that will fetch top dollar because of the mine life, the jurisdiction and the economics. The Board/Majority would go for fair value, whomever offers it. I do think it will be Teck and Partners because they want the Region and we're their starter pit, but they may have to bump their bid to get us. Once the process starts, I don't think it will take long to finalize a deal.

Either way, I'm a happy camper and I will respect whatever THE MONEY that I followed recommend.
