Yes, I have been speculating that the major funding might be in the form of that short-form prospectus.

I have been trying to think why they would need a large sum of money, but I'm wondering if it makes sense to have a large war-chest when we put ourselves up for sale? Is there a reason a potential buyer might be happier if we went to the market to get funds before the buyout, and had some good money in the bank?
