I really like to keep things simple and straightforward. why not sell CUU outright, start a new co., Copper Cougar or whatever, for the purpose of exploring the lands TCK wants worked on.. do an IPO giving CUU shareholders the first chance to participate and start over with a clean slate...no Liard involvement or Royal gold, just TCK and the new co. with us having the right to earn title to the land and TCK having the right to back in same as before.

the complex nature of the current joint venture with the Liard and RG involvement has kept many investors away from CUU in the past and we still dont have access to all of the details, such as the 4 years to production etc.

let's get our money and hopefully, TCK shares, and invest in the new Co. as we see fit..it works for me....Chunky
