Was also curious as a shareholder in both companies how the spinoff of the unexplored CUU properties (as you, Web and others have discussed might happen) could put some serious stress on Elmer's time. It sounded like BXX was his next project once everything got settled up with CUU but if there's a spinco that would need extensive drilling on the CUU properties, managing that and the BXX properties in Ontario and BC might spread him a little thin.
