Totally agree Vette,

It is as if they by putting out this style of NR they are piling the pressure on Teck to pull the trigger.

Vague enough to to not specify the contractual type committments for drills etc, which gives Teck a little wiggle room. IMO Elmer thinks the Teck decision will be sooner than later.
