Message: Resource Estimates

Dear All: Given that we have the Resource Estimate will be arriving imminently, I would like to start a dialogue on this. While we all have answers to varying degrees to the following questions, I would like to put them out there for those with experience with junior mining companies to consider and respond. Have a good weekend!

1. What does a Resource Estimate actually mean, how accurate are they by mining standards and how closely do they reflect the resources to be mined?

2. When Resource Estimates are published, what impact can we expect in terms of attention, market cap appreciation and overall stock price?

3. What recognition is given in selling a company with a Resource Estimate by the purchaser? Does the RE play an important factor in this regard?

4. Do you have any historical examples where the sell out price of the company closely mirrored the Resource Estimate?
