Couple things i've noted. Buyouts are always based on current asset value and Potential. Not current SP . Sp can be manipuilated or misunderstood. Asset value and potential are calculated . I think the shareholders of Teck will be happy with whatever desision the Board makes to buy us out .These are not amatuers and have a proven track record.I think we will be pleasntly surprised.Elmer is adding value all the time .He is not stupid.He has a stake in this too!

We may also have a spin-off Company if teck doesn't want to pay for it all. I for one would be happy with $4 and a share in a new exploration company.
