Panic? Selling to take advantage of other bargains? Insider sold a signal? Materials stocks getting trashed in general lately (expecially on the venture)? RE perhaps coming out near the end of May? Who knows. It is all speculation.

I'm looking to buy today, just waiting for the good entry. Markets may bounce up a bit today.
