Last year's Notice of Annual Meeting was dated April 14, 2011 and included this:

"Shareholders of record at the close of business on April 11, 2011 are entitled to notice of, to attend and vote at the meeting either in person or by proxy."

This year's meeting date and location is noted on the website but the Notice to Shareholders has not been updated yet. The Notice specifies what they will be discussing and things that shareholders might need to vote on. There was only a 3-day gap last year between the notice date and the voting date. Hmmmm....
