The RE will come when the RE comes is about all I can say. I must however admit to a lot of confusion as to why there is no price appreciation due to anticipation. It would seem to me that if the RE is as good as we hope then the price should be going up or is it a case where the current low price already has anticipation built in.? I hope not. I would certainly like to see a run to $1.40 soon. There can't be much more bad news can there?
