That seems to be a long time for a black out . What's your veiw on that Vette . :)

Vette may have a different answer but I can add a few thoughts from direct experience. I was blacked out for almost 6 months during a sales process. We all felt the length of time was excessive due to the nature of oil and gas corporate deals. Our board of directors and executive management chose to have us blacked out the minute our data room opened to protect all staff from securities commission scruteny. Do not interpret my comments to mean I believe there is a sales process occurring with CUU! I would interpret my comments to suggest CUU's BOD and executive may/may not have material information pertaining to the RE and therefore the BFS, and a blackout could be in place to ensure the securities commission has no beef with all involved.

My executive did not need to black our staff out for that length of time but they did it to ensure everything appeared legit!
