OK, I'll entertain this line of thought...how about this one then, RE goes out, then FS, Teck make low-ball offer, EE says "no thank you, I'll wait for those with bigger pockets", then all the other potential suitors are lined up. Meanwhile via a PP we've done a bunch of drilling to firm up what we already know is there, a full blown district, just look at the recent spate of claims.

Each to their own, for me I'm sitting pretty under water, but I've got a long straw that will keep me breathing i.e. a full-time job. My copper piggy bank can wait a wee while before I need to break it open.
