The delay could be just an oopsie and that wouldn't surprise me. Since Salizar's days this company has never met a deadline. A lot of the over statement was deliberate because they felt the need to string the public along. In reality that wasn't necessary IMO. This time if we delay it will be for tactical reasons. They should do it so the news can come fast and furious. I plotted the timelines for when I expect news and this will be very similar to the last few years only slightly slower than last year. Holding off on 3 NRs would increase the frequency just enough to give us some months with 2 important NRs. Saving the really good stuff for the Fall.
20 million for exploration...
How do we finance the JV? How do we pay for the legal we require? Yes, Jason said he has some people lined up but nothing in stone. So without it we get zero coverage. There should be a whole year of coverage and the JV. But that does not appear to be what's about to take place. Should no snap offer come we'll be playing the clock this Fall. So just when will the finances be looked after? Even Jason says Teck will not back in until they get the FS. But, would we leave the money question to the last minute?? I would like to know who's at the table. I don't think we want to get Baja'd.
I get it. 2 privately controlled companies don't have to tell us squat. Teck B shares get no vote so they get told what's going to happen. EE owns us and while the co is supposed to keep us fully informed they don't. I made some enquiries about this in the past. We would be seeing all the materials once they didn't impact future activities like buying land. So we can assume the Titan would impact us if it was released. Hell, even the middle of the road work plan is probably to keep everyone off guard. If it keeps the prices down so be it. But, are we there yet? Are we there yet? ... I think we are. So if it's true that we are done buying how about the flood of data? Well, wait 2 weeks and we'll see.
