I've always assumed at least $20 million, but it could even be more.

Possibly 20 million + the current expenditures of 74 million....X 4...

Will be interesting to see what the final expenditure number will be...And Teck trying to spend it in time to not lose it's invested interest all while not having any voting power....

Either that or they cut a deal.

Think of the extra value 20 mil could unlock...yep..Billions.
