I'm inclined to agree

Not that this was a tease, I think Elmer decided that combining this with the RE would have been too much of a data dump all at once, and probably would have resulted in this news being pretty much overlooked

He wanted all the interested folks to be aware of this before the RE fireworks drown everything else out
