CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
Just playing the Devil's Advocate here. Did Andean have a back in agreement or they owned 100% of the mine. This would make a huge difference. We will most likely own 25% which is 1.50 @ 400 mil shares if we get the same deal. Maybe (hopefully) I'm missing something here. Is OUR part of the project worth 2.5 billion? Are we expecting 3-7 $/share for our 25%?
3.6 Billion * 25% / (400) = $2.25..not 1.50
My point was they paid for potential...Andean had only proven 2.5 million oz gold....
So how much potential does CUU have with our already proven Gold, moly, silver, copper.
And yes we only have 25%...but I dobn't recall Teck backing in yet....we currently have 100%. And if Teck backs in...They finance it, they pay 400% expenditures and CUU has control...Put value on that.
In the TRR case they paid for Inferred....
In Quellaveco they paid 1 Billion for 18% stake. Now compare both projects....
