Recommen'd your Post Todor777 & Agree with most (if not all )of what's stated....

The 4 Yr Clause IMHO, was Written to give some "Hopeful Explorers" (with not too much in the way of Tangible Assets to that Date), a feeling of belonging to the TECK Family.

Much of the rest of the Original Agreement was Strongly Favoring the Big Guy.....They had the Option to Walk, if the proof "wasn't in the Pudding"....

This all has Changed under ES & with EE $$$ involvement THE PUDDING is Gi-Normous!! So it's now a Happiness Problem. TECK will not Walk, they will Buy us Out & pre BFS IMO.
