It's not an incentive, it was done to protect the interests of the original claim holders--Liard. They gave Teck the right to explore but had to ensure they didn't just sit there and block any progress.

The clause is in the favour of Liard. When we become the major Liard shareholders then it will be in our favour. I think that when we establish a JV partnership with Teck, if it comes to that, there will be a modern contract that makes all these things much more clear. Some of these legal documents go back a long time and probably need to be updated.
