Maybe Teck wants to see some appreciation in the share price before the offer is made public?? Let's be honest, this blackout has been going on for to long for something not to be cooking in the background with Teck. Everyone can do the feasibility study math with the Updated RE now public so what other information would be so important that they would be blacked out - a new mine plan, seriously.
