Good comments Webgogs... My one only point to pick on:

"... Look at the cherry land we bought in the process. Look at the studies we got done. Had we tried to do all of that in 1 year the land would have been much more expensive and we might not have been able to negotiate the cherries before Teck rumbled in with a big fat bank account...."

Why did we buy this land versus staking it? If so much was known about the mineral trend to the north and south, why didn't we stake that territory versus paying Marko (and others) a serious premium plus a 2-3% NSR in some cases. CUU could have staked that land for a fraction of the cost and retained the NSR. Virturally all of the land we bought after the G/K and Paget claims we bought last March were staked sometime after July 2011. This does not compute. I'm not too hung up on it but it seems quite inefficient from a value perspective to buy land versus staking it for next to nothing. That NSR paid to Mr Marko could be a piece of value that CUU or Cuu 2.0 could use to monetize its projects in future.
