My audit suggested $7.87

The drill results confirmed my statistical analysis of the properties. This does not include what we bought. One also has to take into account that we do not know what the control structure will turn up and we don't have any real good data on the Mess/Jay claim areas. For a conservative approack take 2 bucks off this.
