I'm glad some of you PM'd me so here's my reply, however way off base most of you will think I am. I was pleased to start off the questioning today, but didn't get to my second one - although I think I was next in line before Elmer cut it off - I simply wanted to ask with all the recent claims we have staked, the fact that we have drilled less than 3% of 109,000 acres, the fact that Teck has access to our draft BFS info and aerial survey ... - did Teck approach us for our opinion before they quietly staked 80,000 acres adjoining our property two months ago. I'd love to have snuck that one in, and was disappointed when the Q+A ended so fast! Not sure these "analysts" really follow the ball well unless you point it out.
Anyway - here's my opinion. I said last year $12. a share. EE will make in excess of $2B. cash and still retain his shares. This District will still be mined a century from now. Elmer will prove up way more value, because that is what he enjoys and he is good at it. He's not going to leave the biggest find in his career. That's why we are buying more claims.
Teck will buy out Schaft and some surrounding 2 KM lands plus work out some sort of deal on the Mess Creek road access. I'm still hoping for multiple bids, but we'll see. CUU will receive $4.00 + per share, which will mostly be dividended out to you and me, while retaining sufficient cash reserves to pay its tax bill and finance 3 - 4 more years of an aggressive drilling program. By the time the Teck deal is dry and we have our initial cash, we will have the first of the 2012 drill results on our 100% owned properties, which will allow those who want to sell their shares to get something more on top of their dividend cash. Those who choose to stay with the Company for the next 3-4 years will see their shares value rise nicely because of the RE estimates on our 100% owned properties, some of which should have equally spectacular resources as Schaft Creek.
So there is my expectation. Not based on any facts - purely gut feel. As a cautionary note, as an accountant, my only familiarity with the word "mine" is my wife uses that term to describe all our possessions. So be forewarned.
OK. Open to ridicule now. Not you Kaola - you changed your picture.
