I listened to the conference call again just now. The word "district" is used a great deal in the conference call. The other impression I had is that with the invitation for the conference call, the reminder for the conference call, and the deferential and gracious invite to the conference callers to call him or Mike at any time to discuss the project made me feel that they are really trying hard to build up the share price.
