Thanks golf. Good posts. Now there are better numbers per RE which makes a positive addition, but it is what it is, and until an offer is made nobody can really say what it will be, only take an "educated" guess. Hey, I would love to see a buyout somewhere between $5 & $10 as has been mulled over in previous posts. I'm here till it plays out & maybe longer with CUU2? Time will tell. As you say: GLTA
