Nice to dream of buyout prices, $5-$10-$20............ any thing considerably better than todays price. But until it happens its all a guessing game, pure conjecture. I'd have to compare it to, kinda like, trying to beat ones brains out with a feather !!

I have faith that Elmer will do the right thing & will have to live with that. The fundamentals for this property are awesome, they will sell themselves at a fair price, as Teck has to know others are watching the progression of events with CUU, and wouldn't stand by to watch them pick up the company for a "song". Maybe a bidding war would be nice, but I think from what I have read Elmer & Teck have a good working relationship, which gives them the inside track on whatever is decided re: buyout in part or whole or go to production.
