Sometime ... I wonder if teck and Elmer have ever begin negotiations... I'd think constructive discussions are common basis but I doubt teck even showed their cards yet. I might be wrong but Id think they would make a snap offer after bfs more than negociating openly like Ill give u 2 , no Iwant 5, ok then 2.5 no I wont get below 4.5 etc etc...
