I'm still in the camp of belief that we will see the BFS sometime in September but that TCK will act the day or month that it drops to get the jump on other bidders.
If Teck allows the BFS to be made public, they will not have any advantage even if they act the day after. It may go thru several weeks for a review and vote by all shareholders and another suiter can certainly put in their bid to up the ante. In fact, a bidding war could even result with multiple offers. I think this would be great for us shareholders if this happens.
Therefore, I'm of the opinion that Teck will never allow the BFS to be made public. They will come up with an offer before BFS that is fair and reasonable and is acceptable to EE and the BOD. We will never see the BFS and all we will see is a NR with the BOD urging all shareholders to vote yes to the offer Teck has made. Other Major companies will never see the BFS. IMHO, I think the BFS is pretty well along and this all takes place before Aug. My 2 cents.
