Elmer just exercised his options ($68,000) and recently bought almost 1 million CQX shares where is he also director.

I see that as a very good sign. I know Elmer doesn't have alot of on hand cash....so by spending 68k he doesn't think he'll need any money to exercise his CUU options (100 000 at 97 cents that should have expired Feb 25th 2012)....
