I don't necessarily get that from the PP

I think they were looking to get the share price above $2 with the RE and that fizzled out

So the 5,000,000 share dilution they wanted gets them half the money they wanted

Elmer will just drill more judiciously....

Ernesto seems supportive, but not foolish
