Don't think so. They cannot work out a deal in the back room; this is a public company. The exchange price (loan to share exchange) must be based on the market price at the time of the loan and the deal must be NR'ed and must be approved by the Exchange; like the PP just announced.

The PP sure indicates that we are really really close to a deal; they must have figured this is the last PP that they would ever need before a buy-out. Let's hope they are right! The wait has been loooong enough! JMO GLTA!
