Sensitivity Analysis
Sensitivity analysis is a process which helps us to understand what will happen to the value of our project if any of our key inputs or assumptions were to change.
The basic process for conducting a sensitivity analysis involves changing each input variable one at a time, and assessing the effect that has on the total project value. Usually we will just look at the effect on the Net Present Value of the project, but we could equally look at the IRR or the Payback Period as a measure.
For Cuu or TT to be carrying out this type of analysis would it not be safe to say that the BFS is done or very close to being finished to change the variables one at a time and create a new NPV? Just wondering. As for no monies going to drilling that says to me that Teck has said enough again just as the company has said Teck is happy with the RE. They can extrapolate the size the depth etc. through computer generated models etc. So another couple of weeks to figure out the aerials, purchase a few more claims, polish the contract for CUU 2, bang deal is published for shaft creek with a partner stepping in to buy all of cuu The District. No BFS, no information other than our company is being bought for X dollars and your proxy is due in the office no later than the 18th of July for voting on the 19th. Ernesto votes his 200 million plus shares and we are done as we know it. Loaded with cash or Teck shares for the crash. Sounds like a decent senario no?
Cheers
