It was my understanding, and I'd have to refer back to previous NR, that they had enough $$ to complete the FS??? Unfortunately I don't have the tools to today to look through old NR. Maybe someone who has NR at their fingertips ca go look through to confirm?? This is of course the delays and/or contracting of Jim Gray has increased FS costs?? GLTA Buckaroo35
