Yamana is scooping up Extorre Gold Mines for a song!

$4.26 per share in value -- if approved.

Extorre was trading at $9.92 on Jan. 27 and had hit $13.57 on July 8, 2011.

What does this have to do with Copper Fox, you might ask. Well, I don't know, to be honest. But everytime I see these sort of deals happen where the junior company sells for a fraction of what it once traded at, I get a little queasy. Just a little...
