Considering the political risk of the mine location, and considering that they are basically getting the NPV at 5% discount; the takeover price is actually quite reasonable.

SC is located in a politically more stable country and based on the RE data and other assumptions such as cap costs etc., the NPV at 5% for SC is at least $5 a share. And that's for just SC. JMO GLTA!
