Depends on how you look at it

Assuming the backin at 75%, Copper Fox will have a 25% interest in the mine

They will have prepaid credits of over $300 million

They will be able to sell that 25% for what it is worth

The price will no doubt include an amount sufficient to reimburse the $300 million

That will go to the shareholders of CUU

I believe that any share purchase near todays price is pretty much guaranteed to return at least the cost of the investment

That would make everything else free on board, no?
