Yes, that is probably the case. People were getting ahead of themselves a bit when he didn't buy. I am not sure how you could look at this as a negative. Just because D.M. is not blacked out doesn't mean that Teck cannot swoop in for a takeover.

And one other thing. It is better to know that David is not blacked out by him buying and not selling.
