Message: Grade Consistency

I was discussing the project with Jason recently and he mentioned that Elmer was focussed on maintaining the consistency of the mineralization in the mine plan.

The point is to have uniform grades throughout so that when the mine is in production there is a steady and predictable supply of minerals. According to Brent Cook, a good quality resource is when the ratio between the average grade of the deposit and the cut-off grade being applied is high, say better than 3-to-1. In our case with a cut-off of .15% we would be hoping for a copper equivalent grade of .45%. In the Paramount zone, for measured and indicated, .44%:.15%, and in the Liard zone, .39%:.15%. I think those results are very good and come close to the ideal.
