Absolutely, with apologies to Lead Mare.
One of the big intangible aspects of this investment for me, is Elmer's experience and track record. I believe he took this Company on because he felt the possibility of a huge deposit was there - it certainly wasn't for the compensation. I think when all the dust settles a few years from now, Elmer will say his gut feel and his examination of the area's historic exploration and geologic "alignings" lead him to believe this District had a very strong possibility of being huge, but I'm betting it will bigger than even he imagined. I think Mr. Echaverria saw the potential, and I think David McDonald followed the thinking. Where else have you seen this kind of insider support? I don't expect these three will leave the area soon, and without reasonable fair value, which will be massive. I still say $4 -6 in 2012 (dividends) and $10.++ 2-3 years later on our 100% owned properties, depending how how much more we uncover with our drill program. I have no basis for this speculation, just as I didn't have any when I maxed out in 2010. I go back to Moxam's list of positives and , other than the world economic situation which might dampen Ernesto and David's end number a tad, I really can't find any negatives.
Sorry, Rogue. I guess according to your criteria, I'm a pumper, but the above 3 gentlemen will decide the final price anyway regardless of what we have to say. I'm just very happy to have such great company to be with for my little nest egg.
