Is sometimes a good sign, i owned FTNT before split at 15 dollars per share and as soon as the directors started selling for a course of 6 months the stock doubled and i made a hefty profit... maybe insider is selling to a financial institute that was some cheap shares... we will never know all the behind the scene action going on however that big bid looks mighty suspicious...
