Capex doesn't matter in mining or valuation of a mineral deposit? You have got to be kidding right?

CUU's real value is in the SC deposits (Paramount and Main). The other properties can ADD value but till proven that they hold value, they may be only worth $20,$30,$40 Million (i.e. a few pennies a share).

If CUU is going to claim a nice premium for the project, Capex needs to be such that a decent return can be made after 1) purchasing the project and then 2) building and mining the project. Any exploration upside we can demonstrate will only compound on the merits of the original project.
