I agree with your post completely. "We will definately see a rise in labor,steel.and other costs have increased but I believe that this can be offset with higher metal prices, potential from two open pits, and the higher grades from the paramount zone".

Maybe my post should have been worded differently as it was taken out of the context it was meant to be. Capex should be well witin the range to economically go into production/build a mine.
