I wouldn't say starting the clock is incidental.

The Feasibility will also show updated Capex costs which might be the single most important detail of this whole venture. This document might also be necessary to arrange financing for any potential buyer so they might need to wait for it to be produced.

Mike once told me that they would take the Resource Estimate and look for funding, but they might need a Feasibility to finalize the funding--"they" being whoever buys us out and prepares to mine.
