Very good question. I would argue that there isn't much left to stake. All of the best areas seem to be gone (good mineral potential + good topography & climate + proximity to enviro concers + access + etc).
The area to the north is pretty much wide open but very cornered by Edziza Park and the mighty Stikine.
The remaining area to the west is more of an icefield than individual scattered glaciers. There isn't too much land sticking out of the ice. Exploration and any development will be quite difficult here. There may well be minerals under that ice but there are better areas to explore and invest. 20 years from now a significant amount of this ice will be gone.
This image is now a bit dated (from early May 3rd LOL!). Folks can see that the center of this area is essentially ice.
