If there is a CUU2 then maximizing shareholder value means a positive working relationship with our neighbours.

One thing I dont like is the actual Contract,i think good will is going to take us farther than being in a bidding war that may send us to the courts for judgements on interpretations .

Teck already owned this whole property and may have some feelings of entitlement.
