Nope, I had a fairly lengthy talk with Elmer in January 2012 and he was the one who brought up this type of scenario (others report similar conversations). I asked about starting a new company and he said he'd rather continue on with CUU if there wasn't a total buyout instead of starting a brand new co. with new legals, etc.

Now what will a CUU 2.0 look like if there even is one? That would be speculation of course.
