I used to post occasional rants, on the other board, about the way the co. diseminated news. for a while I coulden't get used to the apparent disregard they showed for the retail investors.

then the light bulb went on, they don't want a high share price for so long as they need EE to continuously fund our operations. they don't do anything to harm the price, they just hold back info, miss deadlines and don't even tell us what they're doing in many cases. eg the aerials were finished before we knew they were occuring.

it's simple, and legal, if you were EE would you rather fund this co. at $1.15 or $3.00 per share, especially when you know you control the eventual buy out price.

many times knowlegable posters have said, the current price won't affect the buyout price, and that can only occur when the insiders have such tight control. if they needed retail support, they would pump the co. just like other juniors who need public financing.

the main reasons I'm here is because of the insider involvement, and the tremendous value and potential of the property. then throw in Elmer's management..I think we're getting close....chunky
