Based on the circular even including the options do not increase EE's holdings to >60%.

What is interesting is looking at the expiry dates, with 3 large chunks all conveniently timed around our Teck tock teck tock timeline. A very well strategically planned pincer movement IMO, retain majority status, minimise market cap dilution, fund exploration only as required, wait for the inevitable to happen. All good.
