Sent a wee note to CUU, some of the PP dates on page 16 are in the future. No biggie but I thought that the circular would have been vetted a bit more closely.

With 387,974,080 shares out there and EE owning 211,150,013 (54.4%) I sure hope we're close to a deal. Correct me if I'm wrong but has EE been reducing his controlling majority stake deliberately, I recall older posts stating he was around the 60% mark?
