Cheers Vette, that's what I was trying to get to but haven't been monitoring the stock splits of late, the circular prompted me to do a quick sense check.

Ah well, I've done my proxy voting on all 4 accounts that I own CUU in, a meagre number of shares (86640) in comparison to the longs on here but enough to hopefully make me grin like a Cheshire cat soon :)
